"For many years she was an avid listener of Face to Face on her local radio station at Swan Hill. When she became housebound, the weekly radio programme became her church and she never missed listening to it. Even when she became hospitalised in the final months of her life she managed to get the nurses in hospital to tune into Face to Face on Sunday mornings so she could listen to it and be strengthened in her faith.
She told many people about her "church" and spoke highly of the programme and its messages. She was a very organised person having raised eight children plus a foster child so made arrangements in her pre-paid funeral plan to leave some money to Lutheran Media Ministry."

Lutheran Media Ministry depends on gifts
Lutheran Media Ministry (LMM) is different from other church departments. It receives no monies from the church's budget.
People fund the work with donations and bequests. There is no other income. LMM depends on generous gifts from you and others to help it reach out and make a difference. It practises prudent financial management, and responsible, accountable stewardship. It also has plans to reach more people.

Effective media mission depends on donations from hundreds of individuals, groups and organisations both inside and outside the church. Sponsors give donations on a regular basis. This enables LMM to exercise responsible planned spending knowing that contracts and spending targets are realistic and achievable. By donating a gift to the The Lutheran Laypeoples League Media Ministry Support Fund you will be providing regular income for media outreach. Mission Aid
Mission Aid provides a tax effective means through which members, particularly from the business sector and rural community, can share their God-given resources to spread the Good News of God's love for all people.
